Claims Procedure

Southern Cross has an easy 'no-forms' claims process to help you get back on the road sooner.

If your vehicle breaks down, call Southern Cross on 0510 85220236 prior to arranging any repair work to the vehicle. A member of the Southern Cross Claims Team will direct you to the nearest approved repairer for diagnosis wherever you are in China.

Once diagnosis has been made and repair authorised by the Claims Team, claims are then paid directly to the repairer once the repair is completed. You won't have to wait to be reimbursed therefore reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.
