Maintaining Your Warranty
To maintain the Southern Cross warranty on your vehicle, regular servicing and maintenance needs to be carried out by a licensed mechanic in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your chosen plan.
If you miss or carry out a service late, your warranty may be in breach and you may be ineligible to make a claim at that time. This however does not necessarily make your warranty void – your warranty can re-commence once Southern Cross has been provided with evidence that the vehicle is in good working order and servicing has been carried out. |
Registering Your Service History
Ensure you retain copies of all receipts. In the event of a claim, you will be asked to provide these to demonstrate a complete service history. Each service should note the following:
Your Name and Address |
Vehicle Registration |
Kilometres at the time of service |
Work performed |
Your Warranty Number |
